- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree considered a plus, English major is preferred.

- Attend staff meetings, training, and workshops as requested.
- Maintain student records as required.
- Report all problems to the Center Director.
- Train and co-teach as requested.
- Prepare class materials.
- Maintain a “Tour Ready” classroom.
- Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks as required by state and company regulations.
Private Tutors – SAT, ACT, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, and et al.

Receptionist
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. Prepare paperwork for visitors and customers. Keep the registration record for the customers.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; filling visitor form.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains the academic record of all students and plans and implements the registration process.
- Works with other employees to coordinate times and locations for class meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Keep records of all classes and curriculum
- Be responsible for collecting tuition and other related fees.
- Recommend useful technological updates and implementations to create a more efficient work environment.
- Need to be familiar with policies.
- Prepare materials for customers and class including paperwork, study materials, and notes.
- Deliver materials to customers.

- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning (Assist if Assistant Teacher)
- Provide individualized instruction to each student
- Ensuring a clean, friendly, welcoming environment;
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
- Ensuring the implementation of our world-leading curriculum;
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
- Ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care as well as effective communication with the children’s parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
